QUARTZ/SiC Boats transport carts are
designed to safely transport full silicon
wafer lots in there designated carriers.
This quartz/SiC transport cart safely
cradles (6) six quartz boats. The
stainless steel cart comes standard with air
ride cushion wheels. The top of the
stainless steel cart is mirror finished
perforated stainless steel. Our Wafer
Transport Cart platforms are built of Black
Delrin. This particular cart is
designed with rubber bushings between the
top and the frame structure of the cart to
help absorb vibration during transit.
This help prevent undo stress on your
