FOR HORIZONTAL FURNACE LOADING This system is designed to
avoid costly errors when loading the top
tubes on a furnace. It can help
prevent full boats of wafers being dropped
during the climbing of the step ladders
while carrying a full boat of wafers.
The G2 furnace elevator allows the operator
to safely place the SiC or Quartz on to a
loading stage at a ergonomic height.
Once the operator has placed the boats on
the loading stage, they then press a button
to raise the stage to the appropriate tube
level. They would then load the
furnace paddle from the stage. The
system allows for up to (9) boats to be
loaded at once. Installation on the
ERGO Lift System is fast and easy. It
takes approximately 1 hour to fully install
the unit, and no alignment is necessary.
