The G2 Automated
Technologies, LLC. HORIZONTAL QUARTZ TUBE
ETCHER system is designed to load QUARTZ
TUBES into acids for a clean etch process.
The system is 100% pneumatically controlled.
This system has been designed to handle
quartz tubes up to 90" in length & 300mm in
diameter.
Our Horizontal Tube Etcher
is constructed of white Polypropylene, and
consist of (2) tanks that are constructed of
natural polypropylene. The basic
functionality of this Horizontal Tube
Etching System is to lift quartz tubes
up/down into acid & rinse. The system
has a up/down & front/back motion.
This operation is completed with just a push
of a button. The system also has a
unique feature that allows the operator to
tilt the quartz tubes to allow the acid/DI
water to drain before lifting.
