inspection of your wafers. Our tools
are both simplistic and complex in
functionality. We have systems that
only index one wafer at a time for visual
inspection or more intelligent systems that
take the human out of the equation.
The most commonly sold inspection tool is
our Wafer Escalators & Lifters Escalators
elevate wafers incrementally for viewing of
ID numbers and/or inspection. We carry
automatic versions that with a push of a
button will align the wafers before
escalation. Five wafer lifters elevate 5
wafers simultaneously to allow safe access
to wafers with a vacuum wand. Models
available for most sizes of wafers and most
cassettes. Automatic single wafer inspection
systems lift one wafer at a time completely
out of the cassette for full view of the
wafer surfaces.

understands the ESD issues that can arise
from certain processes that take place
during manufacturing. We have taken
this into consideration when factoring which
material we manufacture our products from.

can custom design units with any type of
