The G2 Sorting Systems are menu driven for
easy programming for your operators and
maintenance. The system utilizes wafer
mapping technology that allows the wafers to
be mapped & monitored while still in the
cassettes. The vacuum sensed
monitoring happens during the robotic
transfer. The systems unloading
feature is accomplished through keypad
commands, and may be programmed for specific
or customized sequences. The G2
Automated Technologies, LLC. sorter systems
sort by utilizing two methods; manual or
pre-programmed sort routines. Our
sorter systems have a small foot print and
are exhaust ported.
Basic Description: The G2 Sorter
Systems are designed for programmable
automatic wafer lot build up and sorting.
Our systems are comprised of different
elevator configurations, a PC and video
monitor. During the systems lot build
up mode the cassettes may be configured to
one of several options.
1. Source
2. Receiver
3. Test
4. Dummy Cassettes
The standard software of our sorter systems
has a pre-set combination sequence stored in
the systems memory.
The technician menu enables rapid system
diagnostics.
Wafers are memory mapped and monitored while
in the cassettes are are vacuumed sensed and
monitored during robotic transfers to
inhibit accidental damage and double loading
during the system sorting.
Optical flat finding is by one of four
programmed positions.
Wafer sorting & stuffing, with (X) elevators
for (X) cassette. Includes camera and
monitors.
