LIMITED WARRANTY
Products manufactured by G2 Automated
Technologies, LLC, are warranted to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for
a period of 1 years from date of shipment.
G2 Automated Technologies, LLC. will repair
or replace any product found to be defective
because of material or workmanship during
the warranty period stated herein. G2
Automated Technologies, LLC. disclaims any
liability except as stated herein, for
damages of any type, incidental or
consequential, incurred by Buyer or Buyer’s
assignee resulting from the failure of the
products manufactured by G2 Automated
Technologies, LLC. Improper installation,
maintenance, misuse or modifications made to
equipment manufactured or sold by G2
Automated Technologies, LLC. by Buyers or
users of the product, will automatically
void any warranties then remaining.
G2 Automated Technologies, LLC. does not
warrant its products as to the fitness for
any special use or function, or as to their
life after sale to Buyer and/or subsequent
Buyers or users of the product.
Products sold by G2 Automated Technologies,
LLC. but manufactured by others that are
warranted to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship of said products,
under that manufacturer’s warranty, are
expressly not warranted by G2 Automated
Technologies, LLC. All claims of resulting
damage, which may be incurred through the
sale or used of said products, or any part
thereof, which may be deemed defective, are
covered only under said manufacturer’s
warranty, if any, and G2 Automated
Technologies, LLC. expressly disclaims any
liability for said damages.
All returns must be authorized by G2
Automated Technologies, LLC. prior to return
and will be freight prepaid, except by G2
Automated Technologies, LLC. written
consent.
